It was a beautiful up to date apartment. The tenants were very welcoming and polite. The location was more than desirable. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and activities within walking distance. The staff was incredible. Alyssa was amazing and very helpful with any and all questions I had. I had a great experience and I would recommend this apartment to anyone. To Alyssa and the great staff at 727 lofts, thank you for making a bad situation better.

Pet Policy

This community welcomes both dogs and cats, with a 2-pet maximum per household. Each pet must weigh 40lbs or less at full maturity. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in. A non-refundable pet fee of $250, and monthly pet rent of $25 are required. Emotional support animals and service animals are not considered pets and are accepted in accordance with Federal Fair Housing laws. Residents or Future Residents with an emotional support animal must provide appropriate supporting documentation for verification.
